Bug Fixes:

Android: Custom Text & Date fields displayed in the People (Directory) Module

  • We’ve fixed an issue where Custom Date and Text fields in a person’s profile were incorrectly appearing in the People Module for Android users. These fields are meant to remain private and never show in the directory. We've corrected this issue, ensuring sensitive or extra internal information is not visible to other Directory members using the App.

Where To Find Configurable Text and Date Fields:

iOS Mobile App Fixes

You can now view newly created profiles.

  • Previously, when you created a new person in the Groups or People modules, that individual did not appear in the list of individuals. We've corrected the root cause, and newly created people immediately appear!

Adding Notes: Keyboard did not close

  • When you’re adding notes to a new person and tap "Done," the keyboard closes as expected.

Discover Module: Drag-and-drop custom content sections did not work.

  • We’ve fixed the drag-and-drop functionality in the Discover module. You can now rearrange custom content sections as easily as you do in the Pages module.

App Builder: Fixes

Inability to Upload Logo

  • We've resolved an issue that was preventing users from uploading logos in certain situations. Previously, when uploading a round image with dimensions of exactly 372x372 (which didn't require cropping), the process would get stuck. Now, you can smoothly upload such images without any hiccups!

iOS (iPhone) Mobile App Fixes

Mobile Check-In Search Hard to Read (Blended with Background)

  • We've fixed an issue where the search bar background was blending in with the header, making it difficult to see and read. The search bar will now always use a white background, ensuring better visibility and readability.

Blank Screen when Enlarging Profiles without a Picture

  • We've addressed a problem where users without a profile picture couldn't see their initials when enlarging the profile area. Now, when you tap on a default profile picture (showing initials), you'll be able to see the enlarged initials just like you would with a regular profile picture.

Service Planning Module: Service Flow Associated Songs Did Not Display

  • We've fixed a bug that sometimes prevented associated songs from displaying in the Service Flow. This issue was related to team selection rather than song association.

Android Mobile App Fixes

Service Planning Module > Status Dropdown: We've Added the "X" Icon to Close

  • The status dropdown flyout now includes a close ("X") icon, matching the functionality available on iOS. This allows you to easily dismiss the flyout without making a selection and improves cross-platform consistency.

Inability to Share Events

  • We've addressed an issue where users were unable to share events on the Android Mobile App. The share button is now available, similar to the iOS version, allowing you to share event names effortlessly.

Bug Fixes

App Builder Modules Dropdown:

  • Visibility: Previously, when the module list exceeded 10 items, the remaining modules were not visible in the dropdown. In collapse mode, only nine menu items were visible. This has been corrected to ensure all modules are now visible.
  • Ordering: We've updated the ordering to be alphabetical for more straightforward navigation.

App Builder Analytics Errors

  • Due to a data issue, some organizations would encounter an error screen when accessing the Analytics page. We've corrected this issue.
  • Additionally, certain users encountered a "429 Too Many Failed Requests" error. We have resolved the root cause, and this issue is fixed.

Enhancement: Tap to Enlarge Profile Images

We're excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to enlarge and zoom in on profile images for a more detailed view. We hope this ability makes it easier than ever for your community to better connect!

Here's what you can expect:

  • Tap to enlarge: Simply tap on a profile picture from the People/Directory page or an individual's profile page to open it in full-screen mode.
  • Zoom in and out: Use pinch gestures to zoom in for a closer look or zoom out to see the full picture.
  • Easy navigation: A back icon allows you to return to the profile view quickly.
  • Smooth loading: We've added a loading view to ensure a seamless experience while the full-size image loads.

iOS Fixes

Integrated ChMS Events Occasionally Appeared on the Incorrect Days

  • We've addressed an issue where the Calendar Module wasn't properly aligning with some integrated ChMS Events. This fix resolves problems with missing weekend days and incorrect event dates and times. Improvements include:
    • Correct display of Saturdays and Sundays
    • Accurate representation of event dates and times
    • Proper handling of recurring events

Incorrect Title Display when Editing Individuals

  • After clicking the Edit button, the following screen header was incorrectly titled "Create Individual" instead of "Edit Individual." We've corrected the title discrepancy.
  • Additionally, we improved visibility of the Date field labels and positioned the Date Selector inline for a simpler user experience.

Android Fixes

Check-In Displayed an Error when Users were Restricted to Only Groups They're Members

  • For some users, when checking in at a station where the "Only Allow People to be Checked Into Groups They are a Member Of" option was selected, an error appeared, preventing them from checking in.

Fixes

Managing Flex Content within the App Builder

  • A recent behind-the-scenes update prevented users from linking from Flex Content blocks to Mobile App Modules. This has been corrected, and you can now link blocks on Custom Pages (Flex Content) to Modules again.

  • The Flex Content block dropdown menu used to navigate to a Module, Page, or Form sometimes prevented you from selecting the bottom-most item if too many options existed. We've fixed the scroll-bar issues that caused this, and you can now smoothly scroll up and down through every dropdown option available.
